I thought i lost this one due to a computer crash, but i found it in some forgotten back-up! It was done to promote technical careers to kids. The shadow is botched up.
I'm gonna start posting agian. i haven't been slacking off, really i haven't. I'm working on a comic for the moment but i'll post some other stuff in the coming days/weeks.
Finally another post. I can't seem to find the time to draw just for fun anymore, except on the train from or to Brussels. This wedding invitation was a very challenging, but it was done with great pleasure.
I made this entirely in toonboom to see if i could get to a finished product out of the program. It's animated on 3s, which might declare the choppiness. The walk is also a bit too frantic to animate on such a low count of frames and would probably benifit from more time.
These are some inspirationals for my movie this year. It's about a guy who's in debt and decides to kill of his family to get to the inheritance of his grandfather. It's going to be the black-and white style with the lines. Working on the animatic and character designs now.
Just a little test...I don't know how to draw on top of a layer in toonboom, so this is it. Maybe i'll add color later. I finally have my project on the way, so now it's just a matter of working hard. Easy!
edit: I added some stuff to make it a bit more interesting to look at. It's very windy...
Here's a pic I've been working on for a while now. Not getting any further with it. Maybe I should of thought of a composition before getting busy with the painting. Same old story... I am happy with the brush i created for it though. Very natural to work with.

PS: sorry for the absence of posts. I've had a holiday job draining all my energy. It should get better from now on.
